Shipping + Returns
JAMES + ALMA is pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. We strive to ship orders in 1-2 business days and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied and we'll promptly resolve the matter.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. All orders are shipped via USPS. We take pride in the fact that your order will arrive efficiently and promptly. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate though, and does not include weekends or holidays. Standard shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you once your order is shipped and the different tracking options available for it. Please be patient with us as we are working hard to get these great goodies to you.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it in your mailbox. If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team so we can fix the problem as soon as possible!
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. To simplify the process we do not offer exchanges - rather we give you an account credit so that you can pick out your new item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To begin the return process, please send an inquiry email to us at email@example.com. Item’s not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. We do not do cash/credit refunds but only in store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
